Meet Mary, one of our top Account Managers! Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Mary moved to Washington to pursue her education in American Sign Language. Along the way, her path led her to roles as a preschool teacher and caregiver, but she sought more career growth and new challenges. That’s when she transitioned into sales. Her drive and student mentality shined immediately—earning her a promotion to leadership during her very first week out of training. Mary is passionate about spreading positivity, motivating others, and creating a fun, encouraging work environment. She’s excited for her next big promotion and the opportunity to continue inspiring those around her.
Thomas Johnston is a results-driven professional with a passion for photography and visual storytelling. With a keen eye for detail and precision, he brings the same focus from his hobbies—bowling and automotive studies—into his professional career. Dedicated to excellence and long-term growth, Thomas leverages creativity, discipline, and innovation to build meaningful connections and drive success. His ultimate goal is to leave behind a lasting legacy of impact and achievement.
Sydney is one of our dedicated Account Managers, known for her determination and strong work ethic. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, photography, floristry, basketball, and other competitive activities—but most importantly, spending quality time with her loved ones. One of her biggest dreams is to go solo skydiving with her twin brother in Key West, Florida. Professionally, Sydney has built a foundation in food service and customer care, with her most recent experience at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she was honored to support and care for our nation’s Veterans. She is committed to growing within this business, building a strong and motivated team, and creating a positive yet productive environment to help as many people as possible succeed.
Derek began his journey with us in March 2025, eager to pursue a career that offers both growth and financial freedom. Before joining the business, he worked in the restaurant industry but sought a more fulfilling path. His goal is to one day become a Director, building his career while enjoying the flexibility that comes with success. Outside of work, Derek enjoys cooking, playing basketball, and gaming.
Meet Mason, one of our driven Account Managers! Born in Salem, Oregon, he grew up moving across the U.S. before eventually settling in Washington, where he began his early job search. Mason started his career in food service and later transitioned into fiber-optic technology as a technician. While he enjoyed the work, the inconsistent volume made the role unsustainable, leading him to explore new opportunities. That’s when he discovered sales. With his natural student mentality, Mason embraced the challenge head-on and quickly earned his promotion to Account Manager. He has a passion for educating others, supporting his team, and building a positive work culture. Mason is now focused on his next big promotion and the chance to continue making an impact.
